Operator and scope
DUCK Inc. operates duckdashboard.org. The informational pages are public. Account workspaces and administration require authorized sign-in. Purchases and public signup collection are currently disabled.
Public visits
DUCK does not collect interest-list submissions or optional analytics events in this release. It does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Hosting and security providers receive connection information, such as IP addresses and requests, needed to deliver and protect the site under their own policies.
Sign-in and saved information
Sign in with ChatGPT supplies a site-specific account identifier and may supply your email and display name. DUCK uses the identifier for authorization. DUCK does not receive or store your ChatGPT password. Saved profile preferences include your account identifier, display name, time zone and update time. The sign-in email is displayed from the provider. The owner's local planning records remain on the device where they were created unless exported or sent through a separate connected tool.
Cookies and browser storage
The hosting platform manages necessary sign-in and security storage. Optional analytics is disabled, including for visitors who previously allowed it. The cookie information control explains this status and can remove DUCK's old optional analytics preference from this browser. This does not remove required hosting cookies.
Existing records and retention
Previously saved profile preferences remain until reset. Existing interest-list entries can be viewed, exported or removed only by the owner; new entries are not accepted. Existing anonymous analytics totals are no longer updated and reports display only the last 30 days. Provider operational records follow provider retention policies. The owner is responsible for separately removing exported copies.
Providers and external links
OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure host the website and database. Instagram and other external links open services governed by their own policies. An ordinary link does not connect your account or grant DUCK posting access. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context advertising.
Children and contact
DUCK is not intended for children under 13. Public signup and data collection forms are closed. For privacy questions or requests concerning records previously provided, contact DUCK through @AERRODUCK on Instagram. Dedicated privacy and purchases email addresses are not active yet.
Security and changes
Protected pages and APIs enforce authorization on the server. A session-status endpoint reports the current caller's sign-in state. Transport uses HTTPS. No service can guarantee perfect security. This notice will be updated before materially different data collection or paid services begin.
